1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and w500 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the w500 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at w500.biz (the "Platform").

By completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any service offered through the w500 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full. If you access the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the w500 Platform, including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, poker, and virtual sports.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with w500 and to use the Platform. This requirement is in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The w500 Platform is intended for use by individuals residing in the Republic of the Philippines. Access to the Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain other jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. w500 does not accept liability for any breach of local law arising from your access to or use of the Platform.

2.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an account with w500:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, consultants, and officers of the Company or its affiliates, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling service in the Philippines;
• Persons who have been excluded or suspended by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory authority;
• Persons accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the w500 Platform, you are required to register a personal account. Registration requires provision of accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of your registered details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the w500 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is a violation of these Terms. w500 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to void any bets placed or winnings derived through duplicate accounts, with balances forfeited to the Company.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w500 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify w500 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. w500 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification

w500 may, at its discretion and at any time, require you to verify your identity, age, address, or payment details as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under Philippine law. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawals until verification is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

w500 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, ShopeePay, and Instapay, subject to availability at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific promotion. w500 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.

All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) to your w500 wallet. By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and do not constitute proceeds of criminal activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with w500's payment processing procedures. Same-day processing is available for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day to settle. w500 reserves the right to process withdrawal requests in the order received and may require identity verification before releasing funds.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be suspended or delayed in the following circumstances: pending completion of KYC verification; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; bonus wagering requirements not yet satisfied; unresolved disputes relating to the account; or instructions from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the w500 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). w500 is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by a Player's financial institution when the Player's account is denominated in a currency other than PHP.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

w500 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

w500 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if it reasonably determines that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting technical errors to generate artificial bonus credits; using betting patterns specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without compensation.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed through the w500 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of bet selections, stake amounts, and any other parameters before confirming a bet. w500 will not reverse or amend bets on the basis of Player error after confirmation.

6.2 Errors and Technical Failures

In the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect price, odds, or game outcome being displayed, w500 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. w500 will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on the w500 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change at w500's discretion. w500 reserves the right to apply individual account-level bet limits at any time.

6.4 Suspicious Activity

w500 operates an integrity monitoring system across its sports betting markets. Bets placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or other corrupt activity will be voided, and the relevant accounts will be suspended and reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w500 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions for personal gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine AML law;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions by opening new accounts;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing any other person to operate your account;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or other Players' use of it.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the w500 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, audio, video, and interface design, is the property of w500 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the w500 Platform without the prior written consent of w500. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and may expose you to legal liability.

9 Privacy & Data

w500 collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with w500, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

w500 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, law enforcement, and other competent Philippine regulatory authorities as required by applicable law. w500 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment to Responsible Play

w500 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable Players. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time caps, and self-exclusion, all accessible from every Player's account settings without requiring a support request.

10.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to use the w500 self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the affected Player will be prevented from accessing the Platform and will not receive any marketing communications from w500.

10.3 PAGCOR Resources

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by w500

w500 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false or fraudulent information; suspicion of money laundering or other criminal activity; receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority; or where continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

11.2 Effect of Suspension

Upon suspension of an account, access to the Platform will be immediately restricted. w500 will conduct an investigation and notify the Player of its findings within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If the investigation substantiates the grounds for suspension, the account will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

11.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting w500 customer support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal procedures, and remaining balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, w500 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or winnings; loss of data; interruption of service; technical failures; errors in odds or game outcomes due to technical malfunctions; or actions of third-party payment providers.

w500's total liability to any Player arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱50,000, whichever is the lesser amount.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit w500's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the w500 Platform shall first be submitted to w500 customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction within the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

w500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, w500 will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon posting to the Platform.

Your continued use of the w500 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 11.3.
